1.5 General requirements for window cleaning machines
1) normal working environment
(1) ambient temperature: -20 ~ +40
(2) the relative humidity of the environment is not more than 90% (25)
(3) the power supply voltage deviates from the rated value + 5%
(4) the gust velocity of the work place is not greater than 8.3m/s (equivalent to 5 wind)
2) the design load of the window cleaning machine includes the dead weight, rated load and wind load of the whole machine.
3) architectural design requirements
(1) the building shall be able to withstand the weight of the window cleaning machine and its accessories, and must be approved by the registered architect.
(2) the design and construction of the building should be convenient for the safe installation and use of the window cleaner.
(3) the diameter of the embedded bolt used for the window cleaning machine should not be less than 16mm.
(4) in order to ensure the normal operation of the crane on the surface of the building, when the height of the work is more than 30m, it should be equipped with a fixed guiding device (except the equipment comes with it).
(5) in the proper position of the building, the power supply socket for the window cleaning machine should be set up. The socket should be rainproof, safe and reliable. Emergency can easily cut off the power supply.
(6) there should be enough connection strength between the window cleaning machine and the building, and the maximum load acting on the building should not exceed the allowable value of the building's force.
4) the working speed of each mechanism of the window cleaning machine should meet the following requirements, and the error is not greater than the design value of + 5%.
(1) lifting speed is not greater than 20m/min
(2) walking speed is not greater than 15m/min
(3) variable speed is not greater than 20m/min
(4) rotation speed is not greater than 15m/min
